1. Our Commitment to You
YunikaOne Cleaning provides professional cleaning services with care, consistency, and accountability. We stand behind our work. If something isn't right, contact us within 24 hours and we'll make it right at no additional cost.
2. Booking & Scheduling
All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Once you confirm a booking, we'll send a written confirmation with the date, time, and service details. You may cancel or reschedule at no cost up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee of 50% of the service amount.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer, credit card, and cash. For recurring services, we may issue monthly invoices with payment terms of 14 days. Late payments may incur a 5% fee after 30 days.
4. Your Space & Responsibilities
Please secure all valuables, pets, and sensitive items before our arrival. We require reasonable access to water, electricity, and the premises. If entry is not possible at the scheduled time, we may charge a cancellation fee. We treat your home or office with the utmost respect and will not access locked areas or closed rooms.
5. Liability & Insurance
YunikaOne Cleaning is fully insured for public liability. In the unlikely event of damage to your property, we will cover repair or replacement costs up to our insurance policy limits. Normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, and items not reported within 24 hours are excluded. Our team handles your belongings with care, but we recommend removing fragile or irreplaceable items.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not completely satisfied with any area we cleaned, notify us within 24 hours via email at info@yunikaone.com with photos and a description. We will return to re-clean the affected area at no charge within 3 business days. This guarantee does not cover additional services or areas not included in the original booking.
7. Arrival Windows & Delays
We provide estimated arrival windows and do our best to be on time. Traffic, weather, or prior appointments may cause delays. If we're running more than 30 minutes late, we'll notify you by phone or email. You may reschedule at no cost if the delay exceeds 60 minutes.
8. Recurring Services
For weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly plans, we require a minimum commitment of 3 months. You may pause or cancel after the minimum term with 14 days' written notice. Pricing is reviewed annually and may adjust with 30 days' notice.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
